LEER is a non-profit organization created to bring awareness to issues of inequality in Law Enforcement. We want to start a national conversation and debate on the Mission of Law Enforcement in America. However, education must always come before advocacy so we to help provide that education. This movement started on social media with feedback from hundreds of people sharing their expertise and concerns about the nature of Law Enforcement and how to make it better.
